Highlighting aspects related to the education sector in that union budget on Monday, Prrime Minister Narendra Modi said the union budget would play a big role in implementing the new national education policy. In his words, making Next-Gen self-sufficient means strengthening India for the future. The Prime Minister addressed a webinar on the budget. There he presented a list of five major budget announcements in the field of education. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the Union Budget 2022 in Parliament on February 1.
Prime Minister Modi said, “The young generation is the future leader of the country. Therefore, strengthening the present youth society means strengthening the future of the country." He also said that one of the issues that has been emphasized in the field of education in the central budget of 2022 is globalization of quality of education. PM said this would be a big step towards expanding India's education system. So that its quality and capacity are increased. Then in the second and third part there is skill development and urbanization. In the budget we have emphasized on the digital ecosystem. The government will also ensure that skills are met according to the needs of the industry. According to the Prime Minister, internationalization is the fourth biggest area. Bringing world class universities into our country through its hands. It is also a center dedicated to making training on AVGC or animation visual gaming comics easily accessible to the youth of the country.
The Prime Minister also laid special emphasis on the National Digital University. At the same time, he said, his government was pushing for a reduction in the number of seats. There will be innumerable seats in this university. The Prime Minister urged those who are enterprising to come forward on this issue.
