Mumbai: The India's stock market had positive momentum for three consecutive days last week. As a result, retail investors breathed a sigh of relief. However, the fall again on the last day of trading indicates that the market volatility is not about to end anytime soon. In the meantime, the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of four companies is coming up in the market this week. Out of these, three companies are from the small and medium enterprises segment. One is from the mainboard segment. Apart from these new issues, seven companies are being listed in the market this week.

Subscription for Denta Water and Infra Solutions IPO will start from January 22. The IPO will remain open till January 24. Investors will have to bid for a minimum of 50 equity shares. That is, there will be 50 shares in a lot for bidding for the IPO. The price band of this company's IPO has already been decided. The price per share will be Rs. 279 to Rs. 294. The new equity issue is for around 750,000 shares. The company will use the Rs 150 crore raised from the new issue to meet its working capital requirements. A portion of the proceeds will also be used for corporate operations.

According to the company profile, Denta Water and Infra Solutions, established in 2016, is currently a leader in the water engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services segment. It has an excellent track record in creating infrastructure including groundwater recharge through recycled water. Some of the company's notable projects include Byrapura and Hiremagaluru LIS Project, Karagada LIS Project.

Three companies are in the SME segment with IPOs. The IPO of Capital Numbers Infotech is being comming up on the BSE on January 20. The company's IPO price is between Rs 250 and Rs 263. On the other hand, the bidding for the public offer of Rexpro Enterprises will begin on January 22. Subscription for the IPO of GB Logistics will begin on January 24.
