FM Sitaraman present first 'Amritkal' budget, PM Modi preised

New Delhi : Indian economy is heading in the right direction and towards a bright future. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented the budget for the financial year 2023-24 on Wednesday. Sitharaman presented the Union Budget five times with this. She said at the beginning of presenting the budget, this is the first budget of Amrit Kal. The Indian economy is on the right track and moving towards a bright future. Nirmala Sitharaman said the country's economic growth has reached close to 7 percent. This budget was presented thinking about the backward people. Our focus is on economic reforms. In his words, we have made sure that no one in the country should go hungry during Covid period.

This is the last full budget of the second Modi government at the Centre. As a result, people from all walks of life had high hopes for this budget. In that case, the middle class got relief. Income tax relief is 'good news' for employed and middle-income groups. On  India's G20 presidency in the budget speech today Sitar aman said, India's G20 presidency is a unique opportunity to strengthen India's role in the global economic system at this time of global challenges. Since 2014, the government has ensured a decent and dignified life for all citizens. In these 9 years, Indian economy has grown from tenth to fifth largest economy in the world.”

Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Nirmala Sitharaman's budget. He said, “This budget is a strong foundation to build a better India. Amritkal's first budget will lay a strong foundation for building a better India. This budget will fulfill the dreams of the poor, middle class and farmers.”
